宁津聚乙烯港口防冲防撞护舷贴面板与护轮槛是我公司研究开发在港口、码头应用之一的产品。护舷贴面板-UHMWPE超高分子量聚乙烯板具有重量轻、抗冲击、耐磨损、耐腐蚀、抗紫外线、耐老化 、摩擦系数小、吸能等优良性能，护舷贴面板-UHMWPE超高分子量聚乙烯板可有效防止由于紫外线照射和船体冲击对船体和码头的影响 。

超高分子量聚乙烯护舷板的特性：

1. 抗冲击强度高，尤其是低温抗冲击强度。 

2. 耐磨性强，其耐磨强度是尼龙66和聚四氟乙烯的5倍，是碳钢的7倍。 

3. 摩擦系数小，只有0.07-0.11，且具有良好的自润滑性。 

    4. 不粘附性好，对表面粘附物易于清理。 

5. 化学性能稳定，绝大多数的无机、有机酸、碱、盐和有机溶剂对超高分子量聚乙烯都没有腐蚀性。 

6. 抗老化性优异，在自然光照下，其老化寿命为50年以上。 

7. 完全卫生无毒，适用于食品、医药等对卫生条件要求高的行业。 

8. 密度小，质量轻。便于搬运和安装。
